Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival at the restaurant.
- Manage restaurant reservations accurately using designated software and walk-in guest flow efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and provide initial information about specials or features.
- Maintain an organized and clean welcome desk and waiting area.
- Coordinate closely with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and table turnover.
- Answer phone calls, address guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about the restaurant and hotel facilities.
- Manage guest waiting lists and provide accurate wait time estimates.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and presentation of dining areas during service.
- Support the dining team with various tasks to ensure exceptional guest experience.
