Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries based on entered data as required.
- Meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) for data entry volume and accuracy.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and alphanumeric data entry skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
