Job Description

Jaywing is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Content Producer to join our growing team in Attercliffe, Sheffield. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and optimizing engaging video and social content that captivates audiences and amplifies our clients’ brands. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives for various platforms, from short-form social videos to longer-form digital campaigns. This role requires a hands-on approach, blending technical production expertise with strategic thinking to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production of high-quality video content, including ideation, storyboarding, scriptwriting, shooting, and post-production (editing, motion graphics, sound design).
- Develop and execute innovative social media content strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring content is tailored to each platform's unique audience and specifications.
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing for various campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to continuously improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative teams, account managers, and clients to understand project requirements and translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories.
- Stay abreast of the latest video and social media trends, tools, and best practices, continuously bringing fresh ideas and approaches to the team.
- Ensure all produced content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and accessibility standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video production and social media content creation.
- Proven proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Demonstrable experience in operating professional camera equipment and lighting for video shoots.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices.
- Exceptional storytelling and scriptwriting abilities, with a keen eye for visual composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse video and social media content projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D) or advanced motion graphics techniques.
- Proficiency in photography and photo editing.
- Experience working within an agency environment or managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO principles as they apply to video and social media content.
