Adron Homes & Properties Limited is seeking a meticulous and reliable Housekeeper to join our dedicated team, specifically assigned to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within a prestigious residential property located within one of our managed estates in Lagos. This is a full-time, on-site role that comes with the significant benefit of comfortable accommodation provided directly within the estate, ensuring convenience and stability for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces in all rooms.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas thoroughly.
  • Handle laundry duties, including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs for replenishment.
  • Organize and declutter living spaces, ensuring items are returned to their designated places.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed within the residence.
  • Adhere to established safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Ensure privacy and discretion are maintained at all times, respecting the residents' personal space and belongings.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeper or Cleaner, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
  • Basic literacy and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical stamina and good health to perform demanding cleaning tasks.
