Job Description
Adron Homes & Properties Limited is seeking a meticulous and reliable Housekeeper to join our dedicated team, specifically assigned to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within a prestigious residential property located within one of our managed estates in Lagos. This is a full-time, on-site role that comes with the significant benefit of comfortable accommodation provided directly within the estate, ensuring convenience and stability for the successful candidate.

Your daily tasks will encompass a comprehensive range of housekeeping duties, from general cleaning and tidying to specialized care for various surfaces and belongings. We are looking for someone proactive, trustworthy, and capable of managing their time effectively to ensure all areas are attended to with consistency and care.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces in all rooms.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas thoroughly.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs for replenishment.
- Organize and declutter living spaces, ensuring items are returned to their designated places.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed within the residence.
- Adhere to established safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Ensure privacy and discretion are maintained at all times, respecting the residents' personal space and belongings.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or Cleaner, preferably in a residential setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Basic literacy and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and good health to perform demanding cleaning tasks.
