Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure all project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports, are meticulously maintained and up-to-date.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Monitor project progress and track deadlines, identifying potential risks and proactively communicating issues to the project manager.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring timely updates and clear information flow.
  • Utilize Zoom platform extensively for internal collaboration, meetings, and presentations.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of project status reports to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of organizational excellence and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar administrative/project support role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong proficiency and comfort using the Zoom platform for meetings and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
