Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer support via chat, email, and phone, resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Zoom products and services, guiding users through solutions.
  • Educate customers on Zoom features, best practices, and new product functionalities.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to provide customer feedback and improve the overall user experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new releases and updates.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of self-help resources and FAQs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Zoom, upholding our values of empathy, integrity, and innovation.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills, with a passion for helping others.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and customer support tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Business, IT).
