Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for multiple team members.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations and coordinating initial training schedules.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities, handling logistics from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless support across the organization.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
