Job Description
We are actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Relationship Manager to join our esteemed team in Asokoro, Abuja. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing high-net-worth individual and corporate clients, deepening relationships through proactive engagement.
- Identify and acquire new clients, expanding the bank’s market share in the assigned territory.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial objectives and provide tailored banking and investment solutions.
- Cross-sell a full range of Zenith Bank products and services, including loans, deposits, trade finance, treasury products, and digital banking solutions.
- Prepare and present financial proposals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery, resolving client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., credit, operations, product development) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zenith Bank's products, services, and industry regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.
