Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from potential customers interested in Admiral's insurance products.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide accurate, tailored insurance quotes and product information.
  • Effectively articulate the benefits of Admiral's products and services, overcoming objections to secure sales.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company promotions, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure all sales interactions comply with regulatory guidelines and company standards for compliance and quality.
  • Accurately record customer information and sales data using internal systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Manage your remote workspace effectively to ensure productivity and adherence to company security protocols.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an inbound sales or customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a home-based setting.
  • Access to a stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • A resilient and positive attitude, even when faced with challenges.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales platforms.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
