Job Description
Are you meticulous, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? Woolworths Group (Australia) is seeking a dedicated Stock Replenisher to join our team in Idaho Falls, Idaho. In this crucial role, you will be the backbone of our store’s operational efficiency, ensuring that our shelves are consistently stocked, organized, and visually appealing to customers. You’ll play a direct role in enhancing the shopping experience by preventing out-of-stock situations and maintaining a well-presented sales floor.
This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and moving merchandise, ensuring all products are correctly priced and displayed according to planograms. Your efforts directly contribute to customer satisfaction and store profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack deliveries, verifying quantities and product integrity against invoices.
- Efficiently sort and organize merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
- Replenish shelves, displays, and promotional areas with products, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe backroom and sales floor at all times.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock-taking procedures as required.
- Identify and report any damaged or expired products to management.
- Support the wider store team during busy periods and as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise frequently (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory checks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or stock handling role.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Experience with operating pallet jacks or similar equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
