Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming merchandise deliveries, verifying accuracy against invoices.
- Unpack products and efficiently stock shelves, ensuring proper placement and rotation.
- Maintain high standards of product presentation, including front-facing and correct labeling.
- Organize and manage backstock areas, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies during overnight shifts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily stocking goals.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Assist with merchandising displays as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
