Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring information is readily accessible.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing queries to appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep to ensure a productive work environment.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management, providing administrative support where needed.
