Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner to identify their financial needs and objectives.
 - Proactively recommend and sell appropriate Westpac banking products and services, including accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance.
 - Provide clear, accurate, and comprehensive information about product features, benefits, and terms to facilitate informed decision-making.
 - Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
 - Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
 - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
 - Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
 - Stay informed about new products, services, promotions, and changes in banking regulations.
 - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and product knowledge.
 
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
 - Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse customer profiles.
 - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
