Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment checks, and preparing offer letters.
 - Onboard new employees by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting initial orientation, and ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
 - Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
 - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
 - Assist in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
 - Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and operational efficiency.
 
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
