Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and pre-process large, complex datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis, trend analysis, and predictive modeling to identify key insights and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis projects.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making, optimize operations, and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert relevant teams to significant changes or anomalies.
- Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure the reliability and integrity of analytical outputs.
- Document methodologies, datasets, and analysis results thoroughly for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis, data science, and financial technology.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI).
- Expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, VBA).
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the financial services or banking industry.
