Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact for all financial needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and deepen existing relationships.
  • Conduct thorough financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate banking, lending, investment, and wealth management solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal partners, including product specialists, credit analysts, and wealth advisors, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and present compelling financial proposals and presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem resolution, and personalized service.
  • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and client retention targets.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, sales, or relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, lending principles, investments, and financial planning.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63/66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
  • Familiarity with the Elk Grove/Sacramento local market and business landscape.
  • Experience with CRM software and financial analysis tools.
