Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and timely investigations into suspected fraudulent activities across various financial products and services.
 - Analyze complex data sets, transaction patterns, and account behavior to identify and prevent potential fraud schemes.
 - Utilize advanced fraud detection tools and systems to monitor suspicious activity and generate actionable insights.
 - Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and documentation of fraud cases, findings, and resolution steps.
 - Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and product development, to enhance fraud prevention measures.
 - Communicate investigative findings, risks, and recommendations clearly and concisely to management and relevant stakeholders.
 - Stay informed on current fraud trends, regulatory requirements (e.g., BSA, AML, KYC), and industry best practices.
 - Assist in the development and refinement of fraud detection rules, policies, and procedures.
 - Provide guidance and support to junior team members on fraud analysis techniques and case handling.
 - Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving fraud prevention and detection capabilities.
 
Required Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in fraud detection, investigation, financial analysis, or a related risk management field.
 - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
 - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar).
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
 - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
 - Fundamental knowledge of financial products, banking operations, and payment systems.
 - Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements pertaining to fraud and financial crime prevention.
 
Preferred Qualifications
