Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
 - Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for accuracy and completeness.
 - Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistical details such as catering and technology setup.
 - Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual with professionalism and efficiency.
 - Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure quick retrieval of documents and information.
 - Assist with onboarding new team members, including preparing workspaces and coordinating necessary resources.
 - Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation in accordance with company policies.
 - Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships.
 - Serve as a primary point of contact for office visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
 - Undertake special projects and assignments as requested, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
 
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate to advanced level.
 - Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
