As a Warehouse Tote Packing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that products are accurately and efficiently packed into totes for distribution to our various retail locations across the region. No prior warehouse experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack various products into designated totes or containers according to order specifications.
  • Verify product quantities and ensure items are free from damage before packing.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks or other non-motorized equipment as required to move products within designated areas.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed to maintain accurate records.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations and efficiency.
  • Ensure proper labeling and sealing of totes for shipment, maintaining product integrity.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels, count items, and follow instructions.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all health and safety guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment (an asset, but not required).
  • Familiarity with basic scanning equipment (training will be provided).
