Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for distribution, placing them into designated totes.
- Utilize scanning equipment to track inventory movement and maintain precise records.
- Organize and consolidate products within the warehouse, ensuring efficient space utilization and accessibility.
- Verify product quantities and quality before packing, reporting any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and manage incoming and outgoing shipments as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure product freshness and minimize waste.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels and count inventory.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
