Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and report any discrepancies.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for outbound shipment according to company standards.
- Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts after certification).
- Inspect products for quality and damage, reporting any issues promptly.
- Ensure all documentation, including shipping labels and manifests, is complete and accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
- Participate in inventory counts and help manage stock levels as required.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and temperature control.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain workflow efficiency.

- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
