As a Warehouse Picker, you will be an integral part of our supply chain operations, responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products from warehouse shelves, ensuring they are ready for shipment to our stores. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and stack products from designated warehouse locations according to order sheets or scanner instructions.
  • Verify product quantity, quality, and condition to ensure accuracy before shipment.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
  • Prepare products for shipment by wrapping, strapping, or labeling as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as provincial regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the immediate supervisor.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada (Foreign Nationals with valid work permits are encouraged to apply).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is an asset.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
