Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
- Verify product quantities, quality, and condition before packing to prevent errors.
- Label and prepare packages for shipping, ensuring proper documentation is attached and legible.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and effectively, if certified or trained, to move products within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and stock rotation, as needed to support accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations and maintain workflow efficiency.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Proven ability to work effectively and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and product handling.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to foster a collaborative work setting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures and commitment to following them.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience of 6 months or more in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting.
- Experience with inventory management systems or RF scanners.
- Certification in operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, SQF) and best practices.
