In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe manual loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that our products are handled with care and precision as they move through our supply chain. Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual loading and unloading of trucks, containers, and other vehicles in the cargo area.
- Carefully stack, organize, and store goods in designated warehouse locations according to company standards.
- Verify quantities and types of goods received and dispatched against delivery notes or manifests to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment within the cargo and warehouse areas at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately to prevent further issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) if trained and authorized, ensuring safe operation.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to lift and move heavy items repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Excellent physical stamina and endurance.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate loading and unloading of products.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently or as part of a cohesive team.
- Basic literacy (ability to read and understand labels, delivery notes, and safety signs).

Preferred Qualifications
