Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload parcels from company vehicles and trailers manually or using appropriate equipment.
- Sort packages efficiently according to designated routes and destinations.
- Scan packages accurately using handheld devices and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Report any damaged packages, missing items, or safety hazards immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks safely, if certified.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation as required.
