Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Possess and share extensive product knowledge to help guests make informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, processing, and restocking merchandise.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and process returns/exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Actively participate in promoting special offers, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive work environment.
