Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
