Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and security.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a large team of associates, fostering a culture of high performance and engagement.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience by maintaining high standards of store appearance, product availability, and service.
- Manage store budget, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain a diverse workforce.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Engage with the local community to build strong relationships and enhance Walmart's presence.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
