Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing product information and locating items as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are properly displayed and priced.
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately at checkout, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the sales floor, restrooms, and other store areas, following company standards and safety protocols.
- Assist with unloading delivery trucks, moving merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor, and organizing storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and provide seamless customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal changes by setting up displays and arranging merchandise according to planograms.
Required Skills

- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs, and stand/walk for extended periods.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
