Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and maintain organized displays according to planograms and store standards.
- Ensure the sales floor, backroom, and checkout areas remain clean, safe, and free of hazards.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and pricing merchandise.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, sanitation, and cash handling.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and provide excellent service.
- Support various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new tasks.
