Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and checkout area.
- Stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and ensure products are priced correctly and clearly displayed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, tagging, and organizing backroom stock.
- Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and reporting suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
