Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, scan, and stage merchandise for customer online orders or in-store pickup.
- Utilize handheld devices and other technology to locate products and verify order accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including operating equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, if certified and required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, ensuring aisles are free of hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status, product availability, and potential issues.
- Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed to ensure product readiness for picking.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, offering assistance to colleagues when necessary.
- Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure they meet customer expectations and are free from damage.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage and ensure items are properly packaged for transit or pickup.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or order fulfillment role.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Experience operating pallet jacks or similar equipment (certification a plus).
- High School Diploma or GED.
