Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient online support to Walmart.com and Walmart app customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, product information, returns, refunds, and technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot common website and app issues, guiding customers through solutions or escalating complex problems to specialized teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on Walmart's policies, services, and digital features to enhance their shopping experience.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs, anticipating potential issues and offering solutions.
- Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures, including those related to data privacy and security.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated on products, services, and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and outcomes.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in an online or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.

- Associate's degree or some college coursework.
