Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and general store information in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Maintain a high level of product and policy knowledge to better assist customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data privacy and security.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free home workspace conducive to professional customer service.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
