Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising products.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines are consistently met.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and manage daily financial reports.
- Support the Store Manager in executing sales strategies, promotional activities, and achieving store targets.
- Conduct training for new and existing team members on product knowledge, customer service, and operational tasks.
- Open and close the store, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
- Address operational issues promptly and effectively, escalating as necessary.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a retail environment (2+ years).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience with inventory management and merchandising.
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations or health-related retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
