Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and process returns and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and managing promotional displays.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing new shipments of merchandise.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding product locations, features, and promotions.
- Support store management with various operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues and communicating effectively.
Required Skills
