Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with product location.
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling various payment methods and processing returns/exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, displays, and common areas.
- Assist with merchandising and stock rotation, ensuring products are well-stocked and correctly priced.
- Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and store services to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Process incoming shipments, unpack merchandise, and stock shelves in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant retail regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and foster a positive work atmosphere.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.
