Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service, answering inquiries and offering assistance with product selection.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, displays, and checkout areas.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and assist with inventory management, ensuring products are well-presented and readily available.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise, checking for discrepancies, and ensuring proper storage.
