Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and accurately taking minutes.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring information is readily accessible, secure, and compliant with company policies.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with precision and a high degree of professionalism.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and traditional mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements for team members and leadership, and accurately process expense reports in accordance with company guidelines.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained efficiently and procured in a cost-effective manner.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments and team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special projects and company events, contributing to successful outcomes and enhanced team engagement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and patient information, exercising discretion and good judgment in all communications and actions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
