Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems, and relaying them to the kitchen or bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
  • Monitor dining areas to anticipate guest needs, promptly clearing tables, refilling drinks, and addressing any requests.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and providing change as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings, condiment stations, and overall restaurant cleanliness.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Actively listen to guest feedback and resolve any complaints or issues courteously and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings to assist guests with selections.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for various shifts or events.

Required Skills
