Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently to tables.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries and requests.
- Monitor dining area to ensure cleanliness and proper table setup.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including side stations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
