Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and service-related problems, escalating complex issues to senior support engineers when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and provide clear, concise instructions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and responsive service.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, service changes, and new technologies relevant to Vodafone offerings.
  • Identify and report recurring technical issues to facilitate product or service improvements.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS) and mobile operating systems (iOS, Android).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation).
  • Experience with IoT devices and related connectivity solutions.
  • Familiarity with Vodafone products and services.
