Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior technical staff as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and network connectivity, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including workstations, servers, and telecommunications devices.
  • Perform routine system checks, backups, and data recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and system availability.
  • Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and incident resolutions for knowledge base expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions and support ongoing projects.
  • Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and applications as required.
  • Manage inventory of IT assets and maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to all company security policies and compliance regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Experience with troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
