Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail sales professionals to achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Drive a culture of outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer receives personalized attention and expert advice on Vodafone products and services.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, accurate cash handling, meticulous inventory control, and impactful visual merchandising to maintain Vodafone's high standards.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize profitability and market penetration within the affluent Buckhead community.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide regular, insightful reports to regional management.
- Conduct regular team meetings, comprehensive performance reviews, and ongoing training sessions to foster continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, operational procedures, and relevant local and national regulations.
- Act as a distinguished brand ambassador for Vodafone, engaging proactively with customers and resolving any escalated issues with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage employee scheduling, payroll input, and ensure strict adherence to labor laws and company guidelines.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a retail management role, preferably within the telecommunications, electronics, or premium retail sectors.
