Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Vodafone products, services, and accessories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits clearly.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including new activations, upgrades, and accessory purchases.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support for devices and services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all Vodafone products, promotions, and service offerings.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to merchandising standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Educate customers on self-service options and digital tools available through Vodafone.
