Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, risk registers, and status reports.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively communicate updates and concerns to relevant stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking action items.
- Manage project communication channels, ensuring all team members and stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Support the creation of project budgets, track expenditures, and assist with financial reporting.
- Organize and maintain project files and records in a structured and accessible manner.
- Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries and information.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management office, optimizing workflows and project delivery methodologies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative/coordination role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, often under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP associate).
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry, understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Lean principles.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, fostering collaboration across diverse groups.
