Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional and courteous service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Vodafone products, services, billing, and technical support.
  • Process service activations, deactivations, account changes, and payment inquiries with precision.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and digital tools to enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and comprehensive problem resolution.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
  • Continuously learn about new product offerings, service updates, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1.5 years (18 months) of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or telecommunications environment.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and effective conflict resolution abilities.

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
