Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls professionally and promptly, addressing a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns regarding YouSee services.
  • Provide accurate, comprehensive information and solutions about YouSee's TV, broadband, and mobile products.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot basic technical issues, guiding customers through steps to resolve problems or escalating complex cases to specialized teams.
  • Process service orders, update account information, and manage customer subscriptions with meticulous precision and attention to detail.
  • Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, demonstrating patience, and showing understanding.
  • Actively participate in all required ongoing training and development programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and refine customer service skills.
