Job Description
Insight Enterprises is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our leadership and various teams. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across different time zones.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and professional presentation.
- Organize and maintain digital files and databases, ensuring easy accessibility and proper categorization.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, drafting responses and redirecting inquiries as needed.
- Conduct research, compile data, and summarize information for various projects and initiatives.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for virtual and occasional in-person meetings or team gatherings.
- Process expense reports, manage invoices, and track budgets with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactively identify administrative needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
