Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Coordinate and organize virtual meetings, including setting up technology, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, acting as a liaison between departments and external contacts.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with project coordination and tracking, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed accurately.
- Process and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation as needed.
- Conduct research and gather information to support various departmental initiatives and projects.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Provide general administrative support to multiple team members or departments as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
